All that exists has its own target function (goal), its own development vector, gradient, priority, and is built into the hierarchy of targeted functions. And the essence of mankind (civilization) is no exception.
Neither the theory of Darwin, nor the theory of a large explosion, nor the "theory" of creating the world give no explanation of what is happening today with us and around us, do not give grounds for practical planning, building scientific models of the processes of further development of our civilization. Even the doctrine of the Noosphere does not yet have a complete canonical nature, it can hardly be accepted as a certain unconditional guide to action.
