The book presents the translation into Russian of two ancient Chinese treatises: "Collection [conversations] on the transfer of Tao from Jun to Luja" (Zhong Luy Chuan Tao Ji) and the exhaustive techniques of the gems of the life -giving spirit (Lin Bao Bi Fi), whose authors are authors Famous Taoist "immortal" mentors Zhong-Li Zuan and Luy Dun-Bin are considered. These treatises make up the core of the Taoist "inner alchemy". Supplementing each other, they talk about the principle of the origin of the cosmos, the mechanism of the evolution of Yin-Yang and the secret of the circulation of the five primary elements, and also consistently and in detail clarify the entire alchemical process, theory and practice of "improvement in truth." Such a Taoist system is called today "staircase to the sky" or "steps into the sky". Creation and merging with the Tao-result of the complete bodily, energy and spiritual transformation of a person, his alchemical metamorphosis. And "steps to the sky" - a description of the alchemical process.
Translation by L.I. Golovacheva (1937-2011) was based on the book of Sheng Zhi-Gan published in 2004, a student of the guardian of the traditions of the Taoist school of fullness in the 18th generation of master Van Li-Pin. The texts of the treatises are supplemented by the introduction, summarizing comments and notes by Sheng Zhi-Gan, the preface and notes of the translator and the editorial office, the hieroglyphic text and the dictionary of Taoist terms. The book is intended for scientists, for practitioners" improvement in truth, as well as all those interested in Taoism and the art of puzzling life
