This collection of articles closely adjoins another author of the author, published in the same series “Humanitas” - “offender of Russia” - and is its peculiar addition and continuation. It contains five sections: the first presents articles written on different topics - from Dostoevsky to “milestones” and general thoughts about the history and future of the social thought of Russia. The second section includes the journalistic work of the author, in the center of which the nature of evil in man and the relationship between power and science in Russia. The next section contains almost all articles written by the author on the themes of Russian sociology and philosophy for reference and encyclopedic publications. The next section is devoted to reviews and reflections on books written on topics close to the author.
