The monograph is devoted to what is being discussed, accepted, rejected, interested, outraged, pleases and causes other feelings in a particular society and that not one member is able to avoid it. This “agenda” is set by a group in which it unfolds, and, in addition, the society itself determines which procedures will be applied to certain topics that they will get into it at all and how this whole process will be arranged. The properties of the discourse are demonstrated as well as how it is censored.
