The "letters" of the Kirensky Sineas is often compared by the degree of openness and sincerity with the "confession" of the Blessed Augustine. Based on modern methods of studying epistolography, the author - historian, philologist, anti -people, specialist in the history of late antiquity and the early Middle Ages - explores the manifestation of the author’s individuality of syninia. His "letters" are considered in the context of the functioning of epistolary etiquette in other epistolary collections of that time created by both fans of Hellenism and Christian fathers.
The book includes the translation of letters of personal syninia, as well as a complete bibliography of his life and creativity
