This publication is the development of a team of authors collected under the auspices of the Izborsky Club and the Institute of Dynamic Conservatism. The core of the author’s collective (V. Averyanov, A. Kobyakov, M. Kalashnikov, K. Cheremny) is the same team that created the famous Russian doctrine in 2005. As then, the main initiator of the development was the Yekaterinburg Foundation "Russian Entrepreneur". Its President Sergei Pisarev back in 2008 for the first time put forward the idea of Russia as Noah"s ark for humanity in the coming crisis era. And now this idea is actively growing in society. The current work is the next step, the next step in relation to the Russian doctrine. The main difference is that this time it is created not only for "internal use", but can find its readers and followers in other civilizations. In the "Russian Ark" you will find: - Analysis of the unusual scale of the crisis covering humanity (the threat of a "new flood"), - its similarity with the biblical flood of the time of Noah, confirmed on the material of myths and traditions of several hundred peoples and tribes of all parts (state "Previous humanity"), the main matrix of the new ideological synthesis - specific calculations and development, from which the fabric of the future civilization of the ark is made up, not just "fencing out" from the civilization of the flood, but that changes the current stream. The Russian ark does not claim to be a monopoly. Other peoples and powers can build their ark. However, there are many arguments and foresights that say that it should be built on the basis of Russian civilization in Northern Eurasia, although in its meaning it goes far beyond these limits. The civilization of the ark, becoming a factor in world harmonization, is designed to prevent risks of threats associated with the hypertrophic development of the flood civilization, namely: the transnational system of financial and corporate management of the world economy that penetrates everywhere through the latest technologies of the global antisystem that destroys the traditional person and classical cultures. Our duty is clearly and unpleasant to testify to these threats and their causes. Although in the Russian ark the main thing is not criticism, but a constructive project to overcome the flood, survival through development
