Project-based training for youth work professionals

In monographs, the authors consider the specifics of project activities and project training in the field of training 03/39/03 "Organization of work with youth." The paradigm of project training is given, scientific grounds for design as a type of activity in the work of a specialist are shown. Content of project activities in organizations of various profiles and levels is given. Project training is shown as a necessary condition for the effective project activities of youth policy subjects, the design models at the university, and the features of the design training of youth sphere specialists are analyzed. The authors also consider the content of research and organizational projects.
