The textbook presents a systematic outline of the history of European philosophy, the main ontological, epistemological, axiological and methodological problems, traditionally studied in higher education, are considered. Particular attention is paid to the organic connection of philosophy and legal activity in all its diversity. The textbook is written in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in the areas of training 40.05.01 "Legal support for national security" (level of specialty), 40.05.03 "Judicial Expertise" (level of specialtic) and 40.05.04 "Judicial and Prosecutorial Activities" (level of specialty) .
