The monographs comprehend the concepts of technology, technocenosis, technical reality and technology, formulate the idea of hypertechnical reality, hyperetics and hypercenosis, the fundamental foundations, specifics, content and epistemological potential of the technocenological approach are discussed. The starting moment of the concept is the rejection of anthropocentrism, which allows you to comprehend the technique as an objective entity among the realities non -living - biological - technical - hypertechnical. As a category that defines the general and specific in realities, information is used as an objectively existing and fixed formalized prescription system of reproduction of realities on a certain material medium. A new view of techno -evolution is proposed, based on the comprehension of the systemic form of the organization, determinant, a single functionality of technical reality - technocenosis. The concept of hyperetics is introduced. As the ultimate goal of the evolutionary process, the emergence of the reality of hypertechnical, as well as its single evolutionary objects - hypertensenosis, consisting of a combination of technocenoses and not denying evolutionary selection, is considered. The results of a comprehensive analysis of the existing scientific methods related to the third scientific picture of the world and united by general principles, reduced to a universal, called a technocenological approach, which is based on a method of solving problems based on the theory of infinitimately divided hyperbolic distributions, a methodological system of ranking analysis and the law of optimal Building technocenoses. The provisions of the ranking analysis are presented as a method based on the concept of canonical form of species and rank distributions, which aims to statistical analysis and optimization of technocenoses, including the procedure for parametric standardization, interval assessment, forecasting and rationing of resource consumption.
