Philosophy gives a general direction in the understanding of the language. It takes an observation position in relation to anthropology, linguistics, sociology, psychology and other sciences involved in the study of the human language. The linguist focuses on a specific language reality. The philosopher seeks to penetrate the concept, categories and principles of meaning. On the one hand, being gives rise to language, and on the other, the language is a tool for building and organizing our practical life. One could make a long list of sciences studying the human language. In the bosom of philosophy, the author compares the logical approach to the study of the language, psychological, semiotic, cultural and metallinguistic. The author of the monograph combines and considers in the interaction the following areas of philosophical thought: analytical philosophy, empirical, positivist, hermeneutical, phenomenological and existentialist. The central problem of analytical philosophy is the relativity of the human language in relation to consciousness and the surrounding world and the analysis of the language from this point of view. Empiric philosophy is trying to eliminate the inconsistency between the ulcers and the reality described by it, the empirician philosophers have their hopes on experience and experiment. Philosophers -positivists by the end of the 19th - beginning of the XX centuries. They turned their eyes to semantic paradoxes that the epistemological consequences for science had. A special status was acquired in positivism of the study of science. The hermeneutic approach combines the problems of the historical development of the language and the penetration into the art of owning them. Traditionally, the interests of hermeneutics lie in the field of grammar and rhetoric. The hermeneutic approach connects the art of translation and passage of language communication through various cultural layers and time periods. The main idea of phenomenological philosophy is to consider the language as a result of transcendental reflection of the spirit. Nevertheless, the difference in approaches of various disciplines and industries of philosophy is difficult to clearly distinguish, they complement each other. The content of the monograph has a practical orientation- an increase in humanitarian culture due to the theoretical analysis of the language. The processing of the text of the monograph with reduction had the goal of making the problems that require further development, and to reveal to further studies the new scientific direction “Communicative essence of civilizational development”
