The purpose of the book is to show the relevance of Friedrich Nietzsche"s heritage for the 21st century, to identify the problem field of modern nitshevation, to identify the main directions of the work of domestic researchers, as well as the role of Nietzsche in the formation of the modern intellectual context of Russian life. All the texts included in this publication are academic articles created on the basis of public lectures given by their authors as part of the joint project of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Moscow Library named after F.M. Dostoevsky in the open area in the center of Moscow. The collection was illustrated by portraits of philosophers, passionate about their work, and their listeners. The book is intended for both specialists-historians of philosophy, and for a wide range of readers and is designed to help get rid of stereotypes in the perception of Nietzsche’s work as a sermon of national socialism, chauvinism and violence preserved in Russian culture since the 1930s.
