However, with the publication of the "Treatise", the eccentric young scientist from Vienna Ludwig Wittgenstein did not acquire world fame: in fact, his ideas were widespread much later. Already in the second half of the 20th century, a genuine cult began to take shape around Wittgenstein"s essay, the study of his text entered university programs for modern philosophy and acquaintance with him became mandatory for the thinking person. The “treatise” overshadowed the later works of Wittgenstein, published posthumously, safely crossed through the centenary line of his cultural existence, and, judging by the number of reprints in different languages, he was destined for the fate of an indisputable and forever relevant classics.

For the first time, during the publication of the "Treatise" in Russian, the author’s structure is given not linearly, but in the form of a logical tree, as the author was conceived.
In the reader, the reader is offered a selection of extracts from the works of a number of authors belonging to the forerunner of modern cognitiveness
