The collection includes logical exercises, the implementation of which will help students in active assimilation of the course, increase the culture of thinking. Materials from the field of legal sciences, judicial and investigative practice were used. This publication made changes and additions related to the processing of the textbook "Logic" and the testing of the 5th edition of the "Exercise" in the educational process. In addition, some tasks of legal orientation were replaced in connection with the introduction of criminal, civil and other codes of the Russian Federation, new exercises are included.
