The problem of justice has always excited humanity. This monograph is designed to consider and analyze the tradition of moral philosophy coming from I. Kant in its application to the problem of fair law, fair social structure. The author reveals the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the characteristic problems of the corresponding methodology. To this end, the teachings of outstanding thinkers of the 20th century are investigated: R. Styromler, P. I. Novgorodtsev, G. Radbrukh, J. Rolza, Yu. Habermas and O. Hoff. The advantage of the Kantian approach to the problem of justice regarding competing approaches is argued.
