In the monograph, the author proceeds from the position that the human language, linguistic communication are basic phenomena of culture. Linguistic communication largely determines other languages of culture and is responsible for them. The human language is compared with other languages of culture in information capabilities. The author considers the aesthetic categories in the projection of the language, the concepts of “artistic culture” and “artistic language” are compared, as the semiotics of man is visible in linguistic communication. The foregoing research leads to the substantiation of the fifth stage of positivist philosophy -“non -linguistic positivism”: language helps to seek the truth in culture, parts of the communication process are used by other cultural languages. The concept of “communication” is based on the movement of the meaning achieved by all languages of culture. In conclusion, the sixth stage of positivist philosophy is planned, when communication goes beyond the limits of the Earth. The processing of the text of the monograph with a reduction had a goal to make problems more convex, which require further development
