Since 1791, to the present day, Kant has been and remains the hero or antihero of Russian literature. The monograph examines the diverse and contradictory perception of Kant"s personality in Russian literature, the diverse characteristics of his philosophical views on the part of Russian writers, stable thematic blocks, which use the name Kant, the terms or problems of his philosophy, literary criticism, irony and sarcasm against the German thinker, The language of his philosophy and the views of his Russian fans, and also stand out both the rather characteristic features of the Russian literary cantiana as a whole, and its very unusual manifestations on the example of individual representatives. Along with this, the study indicates the possible sources of knowledge of Russian writers and poets about the German philosopher, and also studies the degree of correspondence of Kant as a literary character to Kant as a real historical figure, the adequacy of the artistas of the Kantian philosophy of his thoughts in his own philosophical works.
