Imperialism. Metamorphoses of the century

The book is the author’s thoughts about the well -known work of V.I. Lenin “Imperialism as the highest stage of capitalism”, which was released back in 1916. This is the second, expanded edition of the book. The first was prepared for the centenary since the publication of Leninist work.

The work of Lenin “Imperialism as the highest stage of capitalism” was one of the most read in the USSR (and beyond) the classic’s works, and over the past quarter century has been undeservedly forgotten. She quite fully and adequately described and explained many economic and political phenomena and processes in the global capitalism system of the late XIX - early XX centuries. And further, until the 70s. the last century, it remained a good methodological guide for those who were interested in issues of economics, politics and ideology of capitalism as a world system.

The author makes its adjustments and additions to the methodology of the Leninist “imperialism ...”, denotes new phenomena and trends in the development of capitalism.
