The book analyzes the totalitarian trends of modern world development: sharply intensified in the era of the digital revolution, and especially during the Pandemia, control over citizens, their private life, consciousness and behavior, the formation of a new type of personality - a globalist person, a soulless, apolitical, narrowly trained selfish, seeking prestigious consumption, network communication and entertainment, synergistic and communicative manipulative technologies that allow people to manage effectively, acting contrary to their interests. The substantiation of the formation in the modern world of the historically new planetary model of totalitarianism - globalist totalitarianism, which is also considered as a political movement, striving to establish total control over citizens, control their consciousness and thoughts in the conditions of digital society, and as a becoming social system, combining features of mainly formal liberal Democracy and non -Outotilitarism. The ideological sources, the prerequisites and causes are distinguished, as well as the characteristic features of a non -oathetic society that eliminates individual freedom and turns most citizens into a “dumbest herd of people”. The mechanism of use of synergistic manipulative technologies is considered in the implementation of the strategy of globalist totalitarianism and, above all, in color revolutions.
