From the point of view of the new science of globalistics, the problems of the environmental-social and economic state of the world and countries are considered through the prism of the interaction of the human and the society and the inhabited world. The criteria for environmental civilization of countries and peoples are substantiated. Optimization of the consumption of natural bio- and energy resources becomes the fundamental environmental factor of sustainable development. "The Law of Maximum for Humanity" as the Law of the Biosphere may be that arbitration court, that neutral force that will explain the historical need for mutual understanding, taking into account the interests of ecology and economics for the sake of human survival as a bio -car on Earth, a new reality will begin to form - the phenomenon of the co -life of the world society With the biosphere. The population of the world, its energy and biophy, as well as all living matter on the planet, must correspond to the biological capacity of the Earth and not go beyond its facets. The task of society is to implement at the current stage of development a worldview breakthrough, its own cultural mutation, which will further create a base of adaptive technological and sociocultural development. The task is set to classify the entire Earth as a “green book” and the solution of systemic environmental problems of a global nature. An integral part of sustainable development should be the principle of "vital consumption" at both the personal and public levels instead of the dominant principle of "expanded production and consumption". The indicator of the "Cumure of Consumption" of natural resources both at the individual level and at the level of society should be included as an integral part of the integral indicator in the "true indicator of progress" and "Index of the development of human potential".
