The textbook consists of five sections, each of which is dedicated to one of the fundamental areas of philosophical knowledge. The first section reveals the problems of the emergence of philosophy as a field of scientific knowledge and its main tasks, in the second, the problems of cognitiveness of the world are revealed and the main forms of organization of knowledge are considered, the third section is devoted to the problem of man and its place in the world, the fourth section concerns the analysis of social relations of various levels: From family to socio-political, in the fifth section, the main ideas of the philosophy of history are considered.

Each paragraph contains individual and group issues and tasks, focused on both self -control and testing the depth of understanding of educational material.
