The treatise "or-Ili" ("Enten -ller", 1843) is one of the first truly independent works of the outstanding Danish philosopher, the theologian and writer Seryona Kierkegaard (1813-1855) The famous dialectics of "stages of human existence" is first represented in it: aesthetic, ethical and religious.
The essay signed by the name of the fictional "editor" of Victor Eremita, compositionally combines two parts - literary and philosophical "notes" of some young" aesthetics and the lengthy letters of his opponent, ethically motivated judge William. The mysterious "ultimatum", representing a rather radical version of the Christian position, also adjoins them.
The full Russian translation of the treatise was carried out by translators for the first time (the literary publication for the first time was published in the publishers of the RHGA and "Amphora" in 2011) The publication is supplemented by excerpts from the letters and diaries of Kierkegaard, equipped with detailed comments and notes.
The book is addressed to philosophers, culturalists, theologian, historians of European culture and religious thought, as well as all connoisseurs of philosophical thought, literature and art.
