The book was prepared on the basis of a number of joint conferences of the philosophers of Azerbaijan and Russia, which were dedicated to the memory of the outstanding politician of the twentieth century, the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
The issues of cultural dialogue in the context of the historical process, the transition of modern society to sustainable development are considered. Particular attention is paid to the role of personality in the era of change, the formation of a global way of thinking, the political and legal aspects of multiculturalism. The role of the socialization of the individual in the formation of the culture of mutual understanding and humanistic values ​​is considered.
