The attention of readers is proposed to the book of the famous Soviet philosopher M.M. Rosental (1906-1975), which explores the main sides and elements of the dialectic of the "capital" of K. Marx. The author shows that in "capital" not only economic, but also the most general, philosophical laws explaining the ways of the development of society are revealed, that this work is in the true sense of the “science of logic”, and also has an invaluable meaning for the study and understanding of the dialectical method Marx. The book consists of two parts, the first of which is predominantly devoted to the dialectics of objective development and its reproduction in the laws and categories of dialectics, and the second --- "subjective" side of dialectics, that is, the dialectics of the movement of thought to objective truth.
