In the book, the Brain - Culture - Socium system is considered through the prism of the Kantian research program in a modern neurona -UK. It is shown that the interaction of the elements of this system and the numerous feedback between them lead to the formation of a "cultural (social)" "brain, the features of which at the level of mass phenomena, in turn, determine some features of culture. The interweaving of the natural and sociocultural trajectories of human development, which are analyzed in the context of naturalism and sociocentrism, leads to the idea of the possibility of their synthesis and the unity of the foundations of protomatical, mathematical and artistic cognitive abilities. These provisions are illustrated by examples from logic, mathematics, biology and musical creativity. The publication is intended for readers who are interested in the problems of modern science, follow new trends in the development of non -classical philosophy and psychology
