Immanuel Kant is the greatest of the philosophers of the New Age, the founder of classical German philosophy. The circle of professional interests of Kant was unusually wide. He developed the theory of the origin of the solar system, studied earthquakes, gave lectures on physics and geography. However, the most important works of Kant, who have committed a genuine coup in the field of thought, are the so -called “critics” included in the present publication: “Criticism of the Pure Mind” (1781), “Criticism of Practical Mind” (1788) and “Criticism of the ability of judgment” (1790) . These works largely determined the further development of philosophical thought and influenced the views of Schiller, Goethe, Schelling, Hegel, as well as Russian thinkers of the XIX and XX centuries, and to this day Immanuel Kant"s heritage remains an invaluable source of food for reflection in the field of the theory of knowledge, philosophy morality and art
