The Merab Mamardashvili Foundation represents the second, supplemented and corrected, publication of a course of lectures called "Conversations of Thinking" read by M.K. Mamardashvili (1930-1990) to students of Tbilisi State University in 1986-1987.
"Conversations of thinking" are conversations about philosophy considered by the author not as an academic discipline, but as an act that can be performed in universal life situations, an act of thought as events in the world.
