Lucius Anney Seneca is the largest Roman philosopher, the first representative of Stoicism in the ancient world. A special role in the formation of the views of the philosopher was played by the ancient Greek thinker of Posidonius. In turn, the moral position and system of values of Seneca had a strong influence of his contemporaries and subsequent generations.
