A collection of oral exercises about Zen and Budo, transferred by the master Kaisen in twenty years. At the request of his master Taisen Desimar, as well as Chinese Masters of the Hsu-Tah (Hsueng-Nong), Kysen began to transfer the practice of meditation and martial arts in Europe. His task was to return the lost essence of the practice of Budo - Dzadzen. By analogy with the term Buddadadharma ("The teachings of the Buddha"), Kassen developed the term Budodharma - "The teachings of Budo", the ultimate essence of which is to stop fighting and surrendering to the cosmic order.
Master Kassen was born in 1952 in France. At the age of 9, he began to engage in sambo and Jiu-Jitsu. In 1972, wanting to deepen his understanding of martial arts, he went to China and reached a small Taoist church in the mountains of Henan province, where he studied Kung Fu and Chinese medicine.
Since 1975, Kassen taught martial arts to teachers Karate, Kung-Fu, Iaydo and Aikido, while studying the path of Zen under the leadership of Master Taisen Desimar, from whom he received the monastic name Sando Kysen. In 1994, he stopped the practice of martial arts and focused entirely on the transfer of the Zen path. Many Zen Centers in France, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Russia were founded by him and his students. Now the master Kysen is the abbot of the Zen monastery in France, where he gives the teachings to monks, nuns and laity
