This collective monograph was mainly created based on the results of the same name by the international scientific and practical conference, held at the University of O. E. Kutafin (MGUA) 12–13, November 15, 2021. The event was organized by the philosophical and legal club Moral Measurement of Law under the leadership of the leadership Doctors of philosophical sciences, professor of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology V. M. Artemov. In line with the moral and philosophical examination of relevant applied and professional problems of maintaining health and protecting people"s lives, the main stages and facets of the development of bioethics as an avant-garde section of scientific and humanistic ethics at the present stage are reflected. Its significance is shown to improve society and law.
