The book of the outstanding French philosopher Michel Foucault (1926-1984) “Archeology of Knowledge” was first published in 1969. Completes the archaeological era in his work and expresses the changed attitude of the French intellectual after the May Revolution.
In this work, the author tries to answer the following questions: what type of phenomena can become the object of the discourse of truth? Who can take the position of a speaker? Foucault seeks to explore the correspondence. which exist between various speech practices and economic, social and political conditions for the production of knowledge itself.
In this publication, some of the inaccuracies of the translation were eliminated, a dictionary of personal names has been added.
The book is addressed to everyone who is interested in modern philosophy.
