"Alone with myself. Reflections" - a collection of aphoristic thoughts of Marcus Aurelius, written by him in Greek (Koyne) in the 70s of the II century during the war on the Danube border. He enjoyed undoubted success in late antiquity, and in the 16th century he was reborn in European philosophical circles.
