The focus is the question of the logic of meaning, explaining the deep mechanism of consciousness and unfolding in cultural systems. An understanding of the activity of consciousness as an epistemic chain is proposed - the conditional line of building the complexity of cognitive acts, fastened by the initial intuition of subject -pentic gluing and having at least three significant levels: sensory perception, mundane speech and theoretical thinking, including formal evidence. The difference between the initial intuitions for the substantial logic of meaning, deployed in the experience of European culture, and the procedural, deployed in the experience of the Arab-Muslim culture, is explained. The question of the logic of Russian culture has been raised. It is shown that the fact of the difference by the logic of semanticization means the unheard of the initial multiplicity of the mind and eliminates the justification of the adoption of any culture that unfolds only one of the possible logicians, as universal. An alternative is the idea of the all -human. The emergence and development of the doctrine of all -human in Russian thought is traced. The concepts of classical Eurasianism are systematically considered
