The basis of this textbook is the many years of work of the authors in the pharmaceutical industry, the development of which since the early 1990s has been parallel to the formation of legal regulation in the socially significant sphere. As a result of the adoption of numerous legal acts and their integration into the general legal system of the Russian Federation, there arose a need for the training of lawyers specializing in the field of so-called pharmaceutical law. This edition is intended to present material in a form that is accessible for students studying the main educational program of the Master's degree in "Medical and Pharmaceutical Law" in the field of Jurisprudence, and to summarize the existing knowledge in the field of jurisprudence. It is designed for master's students, teachers, as well as specialists in the pharmaceutical industry who, due to the nature of their work, have to deal with legal aspects.
