This book, which opens the series "Cultural Landscapes of the Urals", is devoted to Peter Kudryashev - an outstanding person, a distinctive writer, poet, ethnographer, head of the Orenburg secret society. It so happened that only today, this book, he comes to the domestic reader, although his role in the literature and history of the Southern Urals is truly unique.
The volume is represented by a divorce prose Kudryashyv, ethnographic essays dedicated to the indigenous peoples of the Urals, as well as his poetic works. A separate section concerns the activities of the Orenburg secret society, his history and its failure. Finally, at the last part of the publication, an attempt was made to understand the very phenomenon of Peter Kudryashyuva - a provincial writer with non-profit horizons of thought and creativity
