The digital transformation of medicine in Russia and the world is considered in conjunction with the emergence of a digital society and humanity passing the singularity point in its development. The causes, consequences, state, and prospects of the development of personalized digital medicine in Russia and foreign countries are examined, providing an overview of the main information and mobile technologies, wearable sensors and gadgets available on foreign and Russian medical equipment markets. Descriptions and examples of the application of various artificial intelligence systems, image recognition, the Internet of Medical Things, blockchain, and big data in personalized digital medicine are provided, as well as the state and prospects of developing standards for artificial intelligence systems in healthcare. Methods of combating pandemics and technologies for their early detection based on artificial intelligence and information technologies are discussed. The author's own research results on the application of information technologies, artificial intelligence, and mobile data transmission in personalized medicine for the early detection of signs of cardiovascular system crises and epidemic diseases are presented.
