Recently, they write a lot and talk about the active development of telemedization (TM) This concept includes primarily technologies of telemedicine consultations and video studies. Much less often mention the monitoring of human health parameters. But the introduction of human health monitoring and management systems is no less important task of TM, which was previously priority, because it originated and realized at the dawn of the cosmic era to ensure the health of cosmonauts and the needs of civilian health care. This book presents systems, technologies and instruments of personal TM, intended for remote monitoring and human health management, as well as information medical technologies directly related to them. The medical aspects of TM tasks are presented - issues of medical errors, reducing their number and security of the patient using the support systems for the adoption of medical solutions. The barriers that prevent the widespread use of telemedicine technologies are considered, and methods for their overcoming are proposed. Examples of the practical implementation of systems and technologies of personal TM are described. The book can be useful to health care organizers, general practitioners and all interested in practical telemedicine
