In this training manual using a foreign doctrine and judicial practice, issues of legal nature and the content of personal non -property rights of the author are considered, their features and characteristic features in the system of intellectual rights are presented. From the point of view of the specifics of the legal nature of this category of rights, the problem of their sub -sectors in the civil law system is shown. Until now, many significant issues related to the content and implementation of personal non -property rights of the author remains unclear, and in connection with which they pay special attention.
