Personal and professional development of an adult in the educational space

The monograph is devoted to the issues of providing personal development in education as a determining factor in the development of professionalism in obtaining higher and post-government vocational education by adults, that is, who have a life experience of people. The authors made an analysis of essential approaches to the solution of these issues, a model of the educational environment was proposed that takes into account the value content of education, and the practical experience of the implementation of this model at the Faculty of Additional Education PSTU.
The presentation is illustrated by schemes and tables. The main advantage of the book is that all theoretical constructions have been tested by practical experience in an educational institution in which the authors are engaged in pedagogical and administrative activities.
