In the book "Persian prince from the House of Kajar in the Russian Empire, talks about the history of the Azerbaijani aristocratic clan. His representatives from the middle of the XIX century. They lived in Russia, without taking, however, its citizenship and keeping the status of foreign princes.
The fate of this family is inextricably linked with the policies of the Russian Empire in the Caucasus and in Persia to the reign of the last four emperors of the Romanov dynasty. Representatives of several generations of this kind left a noticeable footprint in the military history of Russia in the second half of the XIX - early XX century. They contributed to the formation of the army of the Republic of Azerbaijan 1918-1920.
From representatives of this family, who survived during the repression of the 1920s and 1930s, there was a whole pleiad of the science and culture of Soviet Azerbaijan and the modern Azerbaijan Republic.
