The book is a series of "intellectual investigations" written by the author in the period 2008-2013. Combines a book search in the culture and social thought of the last time of the signs of simultaneous desire and fear before repetition of the Gorbachev perestroika. This division itself issues acute neurosis born by the failure of our first political awakening due to the unpretentiousness of the Soviet intelligentsia to full participation in political life. The author analyzes the various cultural phenomena of "perestroika" and post-transfers to identify various symptoms of the very neurosis requiring, however, its final overcoming.
