The book summarizes the clinical experience of M. Litvak on therapeutic re -education of children and adults, as well as the pedagogical experience of both authors related to the problems of education, by solving production and personal problems for those who have led to the development of psychosomatic diseases and neurosis. The experience gained as a result of counseling and helping people both in raising children under 5 years of age, and in establishing relations with children over 5 years of age. The authors tried to show that, in order to correctly develop children, the efforts on the impact on them should be minimal and clearly considered to create maximum freedom of choice for children, and the children themselves learned to make decisions in their lives. The main efforts of parents and teachers should focus on showing children a worthy example to follow - that is, to educate themselves.
