Old utopia, who made a bet on the lucky transformation of the world through science and technology, failed, the new utopia did not work out. How do these systems specify the points of self-determination coordinates within a particular culture, to what extent they relate to the figurative of thoughts and language? These questions initiated the creation of this book, which is a conceptual review ("parade") of our historical experience. For the first time in the domestic literature, such a large-scale, organic and at the same time critical application of a narrative approach aimed at the relationship of the history of culture with the practice of historians in their work with memory was carried out. Utopia is considered here as an optical axis around which the dreams and images and the people"s perception of social realities are centered
