In the existing domestic and foreign literature dedicated to pancreatitians, the most common ideas about the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of this pathology are traditionally set. At the same time, a large list of discusional problems has accumulated in this issue, the discussion of which is chosen or is superficial.
In the proposed monograph, the authors tried to concentrate on the most discussion moments of pathogenesis, diagnosis and conservative treatment of pancreatitis (mainly chronic) In this case, it is noted that in the overwhelming majority of cases, the pancreatic autolysis is preceded and can act as a trigger of a systemic or local ischemia. A more detailed understanding of the specific mechanisms for the occurrence of local or systemic hemodynamic disorders allows you to choose the most optimal method of their correction both during acute and chronic pancreatitis.
