This monograph is devoted to the problem of treating victims with closed diaphizar conchs for long tubular bones of various localization by the method of transkomatic osteosynthesis by Ilizar. This work was based on the doctor"s dissertation on the theme: "Cracy osteosynthesis in orizarov in the treatment of patients with closed diaphizar osterous fractures of the long tubular bones of the upper extremities, which was successfully protected by the Specialized Council at the FSU" RNC "WTO. Acad. G. A. Ilizarova "(D 208. 079. 01) in 2001.
In the monograph, the testimony and contraindications to the inclusive osteosynthesis of Ilizarov are defined, the preoperative preparation of the victims is described in detail, the methods of percussion osteosynthesis are presented with closed diaphizar condiscular fractures of long tubular bones of various localization, features of patients in the postoperative period are described. Detailed analysis of the errors and complications met during the treatment of errors and complications are shown, ways to prevent and eliminate them. The remote anatomy-functional results of treatment and their careful analysis was studied.
