“From the impasse” is a novel about the complex period of our history related to the creation of the Murmansk Railway and the formation of the Flotilla of the Arctic Ocean, from which the heroic Northern Fleet was later born. The Russian cruiser "Askold" began the combat service in the Dardanella operation, and entered the revolution with the ship of the Northern Flotilla.
