This collection reflects the work of the members of the Bisert club in the first years of its existence. The club unites people of different ages and different professions interested in the history of the outcome of the Russian squadron from Crimea. These are, first of all, the descendants of those who were forced to leave their homeland in 1920 ended up in Bizer and found eternal peace in Tunisia cemeteries. Over time, their families scattered into different countries of Europe and America, but retained the idea of the Russian world in their hearts. Other members of the club, not related to kinship with the ranks of the crews of the Russian Imperial Fleet, are interested in the purely historical aspect of the theme of the Russian squadron. Collection materials are diverse by topics and directions, in terms of immersion in the subject of research. Some of the articles arose from the reports read at the club meetings, the other was sent by his nonresident and foreign members
