Rules of the road (with illustrations and fines) 2020

This publication was prepared with the participation of specialists of the Formas training center G.B. Gromkovsky, L.A. Yerusalim and Yu.G. Petrova.
The brochure provides the official text of the Rules of the Road of the Russian Federation and the main provisions for the admission of vehicles for the operation and duties of officials to ensure road safety imposed on July 1, 1994, with all changes, including recent changes , which entered into force in accordance with the decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of 03.24.2017 No. 333 (entered into force on 04/04/2017), dated 06.28.2017 No. 761 (entered into force on 12.07.2017), from 07/12/2017 No. 832 (entered into force on 07/25/2017), dated 10/20/2017 No. 1276, dated 10/26/2017 No. 1300 (entered into force on 11/08/2017), dated 12.12 .2017 No. 1524 (entered into force on 03/18/2018), dated December 23, 2017 No. 1621 (entered into force on 07/01/2018), dated November 24, 2018 No. 1414. and dated 04.12.2018 No. 1478.
The words highlighted in red in the text draw the attention of readers to the most important and most difficultly perceived provisions of regulatory documents, allowing us to correctly understand and quickly learn their requirements.
In blue, amendments approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers - Government of the Russian Federation of November 24, 2018, December 4, 2018, December 20, 2019 and December 21, 2019 are highlighted.

The brochure is intended for all road users
