The main attention in the book is paid to the phenomenon - the author considers it the main in the history of Russia of the XX century. - The spiritual division of Russian society into red and white, which was the reason for the "inversion" of public consciousness": when the signs of the assessments of social phenomena change to the opposite.
The book explores the issues of the influence of power (state) on the history of Russia in their undoubted connection with the action of God"s Providence. An attempt is made, based on the facts given in the Holy Scriptures, in reliable literary and patristic sources, to reflect this connection.
