(Not) a random conversation about death

The new book, published with the support of the Khamovniki Foundation, is an excellent allowance for those who plan to engage in field work, or are already engaged, but want to get acquainted with the experience of other researchers and understand the intricacies.
In our conversations with friends and loved ones, there is always a circle of half -half -half -half -half -to -be those that we are not used to and do not know how to discuss. In particular, few can support the conversation about death, and even more so start it, although a discussion of such topics is an important concern for the neighbors and for oneself. Sociologists Dmitry Rogozin and Anna Ipatova, relying on the years of field work, explain without unnecessary didactism how to start and successfully conduct such a conversation.
