The second volume of the “Chronicle of the abnormal phenomena” is no less fascinating than the first part of this book. The author, based on examples from his own research activity, leads the reader to understand that it is impossible to unambiguously or negatively refer to information that comes to people from various reasonable or quasi -intelligent sources - from the defendants of contacts with UFO pilots, from sensitivas receiving tips from a certain invisible source ...
